The following requirements are the minimum for success in this role:

• Boilermaker trade qualifications
• Proven experience in welding & or fabrication – Welding tests will apply
• Proven Structural Steel Fabrication & Welding experience
• Must be able to read & interpret complex drawings/plans
• Overhead crane operation (HRW – Dogman highly regarded)
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong records of attendance
• Ability to work within a small team safely whilst complying to all WHS legislative requirements
• Ability to pass Welding Tests prior to start.

Additional Information:

• Candidates must be willing to undertake full functional pre-employment medical & Drug/Alcohol testing prior to start.
• Drug testing is completed onsite randomly, Alcohol testing is a daily minimum requirement on all Hunter Group Sites.

Employment Details:

• Rate: $38-41 p/hr full time permanent
• Location: Beresfield
• Hours of Work: 5:30 am – 2:00 pm with overtime opportunities based on production requirements.
• Full-Time Position with an immediate start available.
