The following requirements are the minimum for success in this role:
- Boilermaker trade qualifications
- Proven experience in welding & or fabrication – Welding tests will apply
- Proven Structural Steel Fabrication & Welding experience
- Must be able to read & interpret complex drawings/plans
- Overhead crane operation (HRW – Dogman highly regarded)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong records of attendance
- Ability to work within a small team safely whilst complying to all WHS legislative requirements
- Ability to pass Welding Tests prior to start.

Additional Information:
- Candidates must be willing to undertake full functional pre-employment medical & Drug/Alcohol testing prior to start.
- Drug testing is completed onsite randomly, Alcohol testing is a daily minimum requirement on all Hunter Group Sites.
Employment Details:
- Rate: $38-41 p/hr full time permanent
- Location: Beresfield
- Hours of Work: 5:30 am – 2:00 pm with overtime opportunities based on production requirements.
- Full-Time Position with an immediate start available.
