The large footprint meant a large span for the the structural steel roof and columns, designed and fabricated by Hunter Structural Steel. 23 tonnes of steel were used in the roof structure alone.

Aero Logistics at Steel River industrial estate included two buildings, including a heavy duty mezzanine in the aircraft and helicopter hanger.
As part of an environmental initiative, structural steel and precast panels were used to create a dust mitigation and sound reduction barrier for Hunter Quarries’ new rock crusher.
Consisting of 2 buildings, Ellsmere Ave industrial units cover a total of 1008 square metres. It consists of 10 industrial units ranging from 70 to 140 sqm. Constructed using a structural steel frame and full height precast concrete panels, the high clearance warehouse/workshop areas include automated garage doors and mezzanines with stairs.
A-Grade office & retail space in prime Newcastle CBD location. Construction commenced August 2020, and completion early 2022.
Situated opposite the Salamander Square Shopping Centre, this bulky goods/commercial development consists of four strata title units.
