Boasting 81 industrial units, Cubby Hole at Mayfield again proved itself with a modern and smart looking product that has become popular across the region.
Incorporating the decorative ‘bullet-hole’ styling, curved edge panels and plentiful windows not common in an industrial setting, the outcome is a fresh take on the industrial unit.
We could not be prouder of the final result.
The end result was quite stunning, and once again we are proud to have teamed up with other Hunter businesses (Hunter Precast, Hunter Structural Steel, Hunter Install) and GWH on this project.

Two sets of industrial unit complexes located within the Shearwater Business Park at Taylors Beach. Each development contains 13 industrial units spanning in size from 121m2 – 160m2.
As part of an environmental initiative, structural steel and precast panels were used to create a dust mitigation and sound reduction barrier for Hunter Quarries’ new rock crusher.
