The large footprint meant a large span for the the structural steel roof and columns, designed and fabricated by Hunter Structural Steel. 23 tonnes of steel were used in the roof structure alone.
Lawson Street in Hamilton was a refurb of an existing commercial office building. An updated staircase as well as stylish trusses on the top floor were part of the makeover.
